• Quart-Sized Bag: All containers must fit into a single quart-sized, clear, resealable plastic bag.
• Exceptions: Medications, baby formula, and breast milk are allowed in reasonable quantities exceeding 3.4 ounces and are not required to be in the quart-sized bag.

Island Treasure Hunt Bahamas – Swimming Pigs Tour Terms and Conditions

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for guests participating in the Swimming Pigs Day Tour operated by Island Treasure Hunt Bahamas.

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• All rates are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
• Bookings are confirmed via receipt or email.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
• In the event of flight delays or cancellations by Flamingo Air, we will attempt to reschedule your tour, or issue a refund minus any flight costs already paid.
• Island Treasure Hunt Bahamas is not responsible for flight changes, delays, or cancellations made by Flamingo Air. Guests are advised to contact the airline directly for issues related to flights.

3. Tour Inclusions

• Round-trip flights from Nassau to Staniel Cay (operated by Flamingo Air).
• Guided boat tour visiting:
• Big Major Cay (Swimming Pigs)
• Bitter Guana Cay (Iguanas)
• Compass Cay (Nurse Sharks)
• Thunderball Grotto (Snorkeling)
• Pipe Cay Sandbar
• Lunch break at Staniel Cay (meal not included unless otherwise noted)
• Bottled water and light refreshments provided during the boat tour.

4. Exclusions

• Hotel transfers
• Meals and alcoholic beverages
• Gratuities
• Snorkeling gear (available upon request or bring your own)

5. Flight & Check-In Requirements

• Guests must check in at Nassau Domestic Terminal by 6:30 AM for the 8:00 AM flight.
• Return flight from Staniel Cay is at 4:00 PM.
• Each passenger is allowed 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on, not exceeding 44 lbs in total (per Flamingo Air’s policy).
• Failure to arrive on time may result in a missed flight and forfeited tour without refund.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Bring essentials: valid ID/passport, towel, swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, change of clothes, and personal items.
• Follow all safety instructions from tour guides and boat crew.
• Respect all wildlife and marine environments.
• Notify us in advance of any medical or mobility concerns.

7. Health & Safety

• Participation is at your own risk. This tour involves swimming, snorkeling, and boat travel.
• Guests who are pregnant, have heart conditions, or are prone to motion sickness should consult a doctor before booking.
• Island Treasure Hunt Bahamas reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or poses a safety risk.

8. Liability Waiver

By booking this tour, the guest acknowledges and accepts all inherent risks. Island Treasure Hunt Bahamas, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for personal injuries, property damage, lost belongings, or delays caused by external partners, including Flamingo Air.

9. Weather Policy

• Tours operate in light rain but may be canceled due to severe weather or unsafe sea conditions.
• In such cases, you may reschedule or request a r refund (excluding non-refundable flight costs, if applicable).

10. Modifications

Island Treasure Hunt Bahamas reserves the right to modify the itinerary or activities due to operational needs, weather, or safety considerations without prior notice.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Additional Fees (Not Included in Tour Price)

Please note the following mandatory fees are not included in your tour package and are payable on-site:

• Compass Cay Docking & Shark Encounter Fee: $15 per person
• (Required for access to the nurse shark experience at Compass Cay)
• Lunch at Staniel Cay Yacht Club: Approximately $35 per person

(Menu pricing may vary depending on meal and drinks ordered)

These fees must be paid directly to the respective vendors and are not collected by Island Treasure Hunt Bahamas.
